Pump cobalt cutting rings

The cutting ring, also known as the wear ring, is an important part of the concrete pump. It is shaped like a circle. It is called a cutting ring because of the shearing motion in the working condition. Commonly used materials are: high chromium alloy cast iron; tungsten carbide; cemented carbide; alloy ceramics. Both the spectacle plate and the cutting ring are important accessories for the fine stone concrete pump and have the same function and use.

Role of the pump cobbler cutting ring.

Sealing role: they mainly work with rubber springs, through pressure self-balancing and rubber springs automatically compensate the gap, so that the floating cutting ring has a self-sealing role, thus increasing the delivery pressure of the S pipe valve.

Cost reduction role: due to the role of the spectacle plate and cutting ring, they replace the wear and tear between the inlet and the material cylinder, protecting the service life of both.
