Alloy Cutting Rings

The cutting ring, also known as the wear ring, is an important part of the concrete pump. It is shaped like a circle. It is called a cutting ring because of the shearing motion in the working condition. Commonly used materials are: high chromium alloy cast iron; tungsten carbide; cemented carbide; alloy ceramics. Both the spectacle plate and the cutting ring are important accessories for the fine stone concrete pump and have the same function and use.

Advantages: high hardness, high precision, high strength, good wear and corrosion resistance, long service life.

Role of the alloy cutting rings.

Sealing role: they work mainly with rubber springs, through pressure self-balancing and rubber springs automatically compensate the gap, so that the floating cutting ring has a self-sealing role, thus increasing the delivery pressure of the S pipe valve.

Cost reduction role: due to the role of the spectacle plate and cutting ring, they replace the wear between the inlet and the material cylinder, protecting the service life of both.
