The role of carbide spectacle plates.

1、There is a cutting effect on the aggregate between the cutting ring and the eye plate of the concrete pump truck, thus ensuring that the cutting ring and the eye plate are correctly in place.

2、Improve the sealing, because there is a rubber compression ring between the cutting ring and the S valve it plays a cutting ring to the eye plate a pre-pressure, so as to improve the sealing between the cutting ring and the eye plate.

3、Reduce the cost of use, it replaces the wear between the S valve inlet and the material cylinder outlet with the wear between the eye plate and the cutting ring. This way the cost of replacing a set of eye plates and cutting rings is much lower than the cost of replacing the S valve and material cylinder.
