Generally, in order to prolong the service life of the eye plate, it is prepared using carbide material, which results in a carbide spectacle plate.

Where are carbide spectacle plates mainly used?

Cemented carbide spectacle plates are generally used in concrete pumps. When cement is pumped, concrete separation often occurs and the eye finds that the spectacle plate is badly damaged, it should be removed.

The working principle of the alloy spectacle plate is: under the action of the unfolding nut preload, the rubber spring is pressurised, so that the cutting ring and the spectacle plate are closely fitted. The cutting ring and the spectacle plate belong to the relative movement coupling parts, after the wear and tear, the rubber spring can rely on its own elasticity to compensate for the wear and tear of the spectacle plate and the cutting ring, to eliminate the wear gap. When the wear of the cutting ring reaches a certain level, the compression of the rubber spring is zero and there is no pressure on the cutting ring, the nut can be tightened and the S-tube welding body can be pulled back to restore the compression of the rubber spring, so that the glasses plate and the rubber spring can be compressed and the gap can be compensated.
