The working principle of Zhonglian's spectacle plate: Under the action of the preload of the unfolding nut, the rubber spring is pressed, so that the cutting ring and the spectacle plate are closely fitted. The cutting ring and the spectacle plate belong to the relative motion coupling, after the wear and tear, the rubber spring can rely on its own elasticity to compensate for the wear and tear of the spectacle plate and the cutting ring, eliminating the wear gap. When the wear of the cutting ring reaches a certain level, the compression of the rubber spring is zero and there is no pressure on the cutting ring, the nut can be tightened and the S-tube welding body can be pulled back to restore the compression of the rubber spring, so that the glasses plate and the rubber spring can be compressed and the gap can be compensated.

The spectacle plate is a perishable part and its main forms of failure are wear and tear and breakage failure. The wear between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring belongs to the abrasive wear, which is firstly manifested by the blunting of the angles of the cutting ring and the spectacle plate, forming a small wedge-shaped mouth with a rounded surface. As the size of the abrasive grain increases, the wear gap increases. When the gap reaches a certain value, the construction will be affected by serious slurry leakage. However, as the pumping height increases, the impact shear of the cob plates will increase and the wear will become more severe and prone to fracture and collapse. Once damaged or failed, we must replace them in time to ensure the normal operation of the whole concrete pumping truck.
