The spectacle plate and the cutting ring are a kind of perishable parts used by concrete machinery and equipment such as trailer pumps, pump trucks and truck-mounted pumps. The cutting ring of the spectacle plate is under the action of the preload of the unfolding nut, the rubber spring is pressed, so that the cutting ring and the spectacle plate are closely fitted. Cutting ring and glasses plate belongs to the relative movement of coupling parts, after the generation of wear, the rubber spring can rely on its own elasticity to compensate for the wear of glasses plate and cutting ring, eliminate the wear gap.

When the wear of the cutting ring reaches a certain level, the compression of the rubber spring is zero and there is no pressure on the cutting ring, the unfolding nut can be tightened and the S-tube welding body can be pulled back to restore the compression of the rubber spring, so that the glasses plate and the rubber spring can be compressed and the gap can be compensated. This way the sealing performance of the spectacle plate and the cutting ring is well ensured.
